He buys old car at dirt-cheap rates, services them up, and then with a variety of different customizations such as powerful amps, sleek artificial intelligence systems, tuning the Echappement i.e. exhaust, he transforms these old bastards into some powerful American muscle. He then sells these wonders at rates far above the cost of scrap and modifications. He is a shrewd man.

I remember once he bought a Volkswagen but was unable to find the Golf Tuning Shop, he then realised that searching for such shops in this cheap street would be futile.
